The Sevillanos are done, yielding 13 pints and 1 quart. They're smaller than last year, but taste just as good.
The Manzanillas were still pretty bitter. They still have that odd and distinctive Petite Verdot sort of taste. It'll be interesting to see how they turn out. I changed the brine and will check back in 10 days. I guessing they still won't be ready then.
